Orange chips in white chocolate
How to cook Orange chips in white chocolate
Step 1
First, boil the syrup for chips: put sugar in a saucepan, add water, boil for 5 minutes, cool a little.
Step 2
Prepare the chips: wash the orange well, cut with a slicer or a very sharp knife into thin circles (1-2 mm). Dip in syrup and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Dry in the oven at 80-100 degrees with the door slightly open for 7-8 hours. Turn over once during the process.
Step 3
When the chips are ready and cool, melt the white chocolate in a water bath. Half-dip each circle of orange in chocolate, remove the excess and put to dry on parchment (you can put it in the freezer for 10 minutes). Store in a cool, non-damp place. But not for long :)
